  • All returns must be authorized by Jessicabkids.com or we can’t accept returns without a valid return number).
  • If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc) with an order please let us know  within 48 hours of receiving goods.
  • If returning defective merchandise please use a piece of tape to indicate the location of the flaw.
  • All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.
